Ian Johnson, AKA ENDR ART, makes a statement here in the Raleigh Durham Research Triangle area. He is starting with a bold new mural at W.E.L.D. Wine and Beer. Ian is an artist with a passion for murals and entrepreneurship. He conducts his business by using his expression to help businesses ultimately express themselves.
A Trifecta of Small Business Unites.
Darin & Laura Barnaert of W.E.L.D, were serving up more than the local draft earlier this year at his new establishment in the Lochmere area of Cary, NC. They saw two local creatives thirsty for collaboration to help their small businesses. With a bit of liquid encouragement, Darin encouraged everyone to meet. Thomas Grana of Full Circle, Darin Barnaert of W.E.L.D, and Ian Johnson, AKA Endr Art, got to talking.
Ian is embarking on a project to help liven the interior atmosphere at W.E.L.D. with a commissioned set of murals. His goal is to see the same vision as Darin & Laura for the space. Hearing Their ideas and the organ story of the bottle shop. Then, through visual brainstorming and some revisions, they set to work covering some of the walls. The goal was to fill the space with imagery that enhances the vibe and is authentic to the owner’s vision.
Because of this, Thomas Grana wanted to bring their ideas Full Circle by creating a video to compliment. Marketing the cause and amplifying the message helps bring eyes, and ultimately traffic, to both of these businesses.
There is Plenty to Go Around
Something all these small business and entrepreneurs have in common, is an eager sense of wanting to support each other. The forever-growing small business community of the greater triangle area of North Carolina is ripe and flourishing. As a result, each of these three businesses has something unique to offer. Ian with his ability to transform space and create vibe, Thomas with the impact of video and visual storytelling and the Barnaert’s who have created a local ‘watering hole’ of sorts for anyone and everyone to come collaborate, meet, unwind, and/or ignite collaboration within the community.
Regardless if you are in the Cary area, or if you are simply inspired to connect, please feel free to click the links and contact any one of these businesses to see how we can help support yours!
