It serves as insight for investors, the press, and stakeholders. Astra Spacetech day 2023 live stream was filled with news, a tour of the facilities, and a peak behind the curtain to operations. It reminds us of an Apple Keynote but for a space-bound rocket company. You can re-watch this event which was held at their Skyhawk headquarters in Alameda CA. The company was excited to announce projects and milestones such as their spacecraft engine contract with Apex

Bringing the Stream Full Circle

Full Circle is honored to be the streaming provider for the livestream of Astra’s 2nd Annual Spacetech Day which was live on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Astra the company shared updates on their Launch System 2, the Astra Spacecraft Engine™, and Rocket 4. How was Full Circle actually involved? We provide the hardware and software infrastructure to live stream multiple camera angles. Our video switcher allows the producer to cut to the best camera angle. We then take the video signal and encode it essentially allowing your streaming platform (YouTube in this case) to stream what we are capturing live.

It’s a bit more complicated than that, but that’s the magic of bringing your live stream Full Circle. We take care of all the technical bits and nerdy parts needed to get our clients live. During the setup and rehearsal of this live stream, we took an FPV drone out and captured a one-take-style video that was then featured in the stream. Take a look at the video clip here:

This is not the first time we have collaborated with Astra on live stream and video productions. We have several previous works with Astra that you can check out. This is our second year providing live stream services for Astra’s Spacetech Day.
